Learning the Ropes is a practical skills CLE for new admittees and lawyers entering private practice.  The CLE includes information on developing a successful practice and avoiding legal malpractice; practical tips from lawyers and judges; advice on setting up effective office systems; ethics tips; presentations by lawyers working in various practice settings and areas of law; mental health and substance use education; and segments that fulfill your Access to Justice requirements.
