This CLE will discuss what is going on in the arena of cybercrime, issues that local businesses have faced and may encounter in the future, how a business can partner with federal authorities if they believe they are being targeted in a cybercrime or theft of intellectual property, and steps individuals can and should take to protect themselves from being victimized on-line. This CLE was part of the SuperSaturday CLE presented on June 2, 2018 by the OSB New Lawyers Division.
