PLF Practice Management Attorneys Hong Dao and Rachel Edwards hosted a 30-minute webinar discussing the basics of working from home. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many attorneys and their staff to quickly transition from working in an office to working from home. Yet the move doesn’t need to add stress to an already trying experience. They discussed basic information on what you need to know when setting up to work from home, including arranging your physical space, setting up a secure Internet connection, accessing files and programs, maintaining communication with clients, and handling phone calls and mail.
